Delayed Harvest Postpones Sorghum Meeting
LINCOLN – The delays in harvest have forced the Nebraska Grain Sorghum Board to postpone their public meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, November 19, 2009. Casper, WY - WY USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) Executive Director SED Gregor Goertz, reminds eligible ranchers and livestock producers of the December 10, 2009 deadline for applying for benefits under the provisions of the Livestock Forage Disaster Program (LFP) for losses incurred during calendar year 2008.
